Premier sport and Leisure Ltd was registered June 2002. We started
small, working in one club and one school but since then we have gone from
strength to strength, expanding our work and covering nine locations throughout
Hong Kong. We've also added some exciting and innovative activities to our
sports programs. We now regularly embark on Premier Sport and Leisure Camps and
with a great summer planned with a huge variety to choose from, there is
something for all tastes. We have also joined forces with Therapy Associates
Ltd to create the GOAL program - Growth Through Outdoor Adventure Learning -
the first of its kind in Hong Kong. More information can be found at

experienced and qualified sports coaches from a variety of backgrounds and
disciplines.
Nicole Arnulphy - Director
Nicole Arnulphy was born in Hong Kong and played on the HK under
19's Hockey Squad in 1994 while representing her school in swimming, hockey and
cross-country. At university while earning a BSC Hons in Sports and Exercise
Science she was captain of the ladies Water Polo team and coach of the men’s
team. Since then she has earned many sporting qualifications including the
British ASA (Assistant Swimming Teachers Award), and silver coaching status
with The British Trampoline Federation. She is a level one hockey coach and
level one lacross coach. She is also a fully qualified PADI scuba instructor
with an Emergency First Responder instructor rating. Nicole has worked at
summer camps in the U.S and has over seven years experience teaching
gymnastics, trampolining, swimming, basketball and tennis. She founded her own
Sports Coaching Company, Premier Sport and Leisure in 2002.
Leigh James - Gymnastics
Leigh James trained with the
National Gymnastics squad in Johannesburg, South Africa. She has been a High
Board Diving Team Captain and over the past ten years has worked with Superstar
Coaching and was the Head Coach at the YMCA's Gymnastics Camp. She is currently
training to become a qualified yoga instructor and has always loved sport.

Gaylene Williamson –
Gymnastics
Gaylene Williamson has been a qualified gymnastics coach with the
New Zealand Gymnastics association since 1981. She has coached pre-national
female level gymnastics in New Zealand, Australia and now Hong Kong. As a keen
ballet and tap dancer she has also been a dance choreographer for fashion and
dance shows, both nationally and internationally.
Kevin Bishop - Swimming
Kevin is an ex-English schools champion and swam in international
competition on four occasions. He has many years experience in teaching
swimming and is a current AUSTSWIM certified teacher of Swimming and Water
Safety as well as Infant and Pre-school Aquatics
Carl
Corby – Camp Leader
He graduated with a degree in Environmental Science from the University
of The South Pacific, Fiji, where he developed a deep love for the sea and the
environment. For the last five years Carl has being diving commercially and has
logged thousands of hours underwater. He has experience in numerous outdoor
sports and is a keen trail runner. He has organized many hiking trips for large
groups here in Hong Kong and is an experienced mountain leader.
