Terms & Conditions

1. Applications must be accompanied by a cheque; faxed applications will not be accepted.

2. Classes will be cancelled during Red and Black rain storm warnings, on the hoisting of a No. 8 typhoon signal, or when a course is closed due to mitigating weather conditions. No refund, credit letter or make-up lesson will be provided.

3. To provide the best quality of coaching, spaces on all courses are limited. If a class is full, applicants will be put on a waiting list.

4. All students must be under adult supervisions whilst waiting for a class to begin.

5. Lessons will finish on time; please ensure you pick up your child promptly.

6. Parents and guardians are requested to wait outside the teaching area during lessons, unless requested by the coach to stay.

7. No food, drinks or littering at any PSL site is permitted (water is acceptable).

8. Premier Sport & Leisure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons, change coaches, change venue, transfer students to other courses as may be necessary.

9. Premier Sport & Leisure accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, a participant’s property, or injury or death sustained during any course. Students, parents and guardians agree that no claims will be made against Premier Sport & Leisure Ltd, Premier Sport & Leisure coaches and staff, the owners and/or management of the premises, their management or staff for any reason what so ever.

10. In the unlikely event of a serious accident, Premier Sport & Leisure has permission for your child to be hospitalised.

11. All fees are non-refundable unless the student is not accepted into the class. Students withdrawing from a course before the course commences will be charged 50% of the course fee.
